Terms of Use

Last Update: September 7, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of correctautorepair.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Correct Auto Repair Ltd. (“Correct Auto Repair”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an AMVIC-licensed automotive service and repair business located at 7 53226 Range Rd 13, Parkland County, Alberta T7Y 0C1.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. What this website is

The Site is an information resource about our shop and the services we offer. It is intended to help you learn about us, find us, and get in touch.

Nothing on the Site is a quote, an estimate, or an offer to perform work at a particular price. Descriptions of services tell you what we are generally able to do; they are not a promise that a particular service is available for your vehicle, on a particular date, or at a particular cost.

2. No repair agreement is made through this website

Using the Site, submitting the contact form, or requesting a quote does not create a repair agreement between you and Correct Auto Repair, and does not book your vehicle in.

Any work on your vehicle is agreed separately at our shop. Before we begin, you will receive the estimate and authorization paperwork required of Alberta service and repair businesses, and the terms of that paperwork, not these Terms of Use, govern the repair itself.

3. Contacting us through the Site

Our contact form and the email address published on the Site are monitored during business hours. We aim to reply promptly, but we cannot guarantee that a message will be received, read, or answered within any particular time.

Please do not use the Site to report an emergency, an unsafe vehicle, or anything else that is time-sensitive. Call us at (780) 777-5960 instead.

Please do not send us payment card details, banking information, or government identification numbers through the contact form. It is not a secure channel for that kind of information, and we will never ask you for it there.

By sending us a message, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share any personal information it contains. What we do with that information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Our content

The text, photographs, graphics, logos and layout on the Site are owned by Correct Auto Repair or used with permission, and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. The Correct Auto Repair name and logo are our trademarks.

You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or use our content or trademarks for any other purpose without our written permission.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks that appear on the Site, including vehicle manufacturer names and the marks of our suppliers and affiliates, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies the makes we service and the products and programs we participate in. It does not imply that those companies endorse us, except where we say so directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or any connected system;
  • use any automated system to scrape, harvest or copy content from the Site, except for search engine crawlers operating in the ordinary course;
  • submit false, misleading, abusive or unlawful content through the contact form; or
  • introduce any virus or other harmful code.

We may restrict or withdraw access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

6. Links and embedded content

The Site links to third-party websites and displays content hosted by third parties, including our social media feeds and an embedded map. We do not control those services, and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. When you interact with embedded third-party content, that provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply to you.

7. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is. Information about our services, hours, staff, certifications and affiliations may change, and pages may contain errors or omissions. Please confirm anything you intend to rely on by contacting us directly.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, conditions and representations of any kind relating to the Site, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law. Nothing in this section affects any warranty we give in writing on work we perform on your vehicle; that is dealt with in your repair paperwork, not here.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Correct Auto Repair and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, however caused and on any theory of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site and these Terms will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

This section does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, and does not apply to work we perform on your vehicle.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Correct Auto Repair and its owners, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Your continued use of the Site after we post a change means you accept the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page occasionally.

11. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Alberta, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
